Where applicable, Mediterranean Soul Experience, S.L. holds the insolvency guarantee required to organize and market package holidays and linked travel arrangements. In Catalonia, businesses that organize or market these services must hold this guarantee and submit the corresponding declaration of responsibility.

The policy expressly identifies the insured activity as that of a travel agent and covers the obligations corresponding to the organization and marketing of package holidays and linked travel arrangements.

The guarantee covers, under the terms established by applicable regulations and the policy, the proper execution of trips until their completion and the reimbursement of payments made by travelers in the event of insolvency, including, where applicable, pre-trip accommodation expenses and the traveler’s return to their point of origin. Catalan regulations require the guarantee to cover the corresponding risks and, in any case, reach at least 5% of the annual turnover derived from the marketing or organization of package tours, with a minimum amount of €100,000.

Information regarding this guarantee will also be provided to the traveler in the corresponding pre-contractual and contractual documentation, in accordance with applicable regulations.

  1. CIVIL LIABILITY INSURANCE

The prices, determined according to the client’s preferences, will be communicated to the corresponding client, expressed in euros (€), unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The prices and conditions of each product will indicate, before contracting, the applicable taxes and, when applicable, any supplement, fee or additional cost that the client must pay.
